Reservation Hold
A $100 reservation hold secures your tentative itinerary. If you choose not to proceed, it is fully refundable minus payment processor fees. If you choose to proceed, the remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the Trip Start Date. Reservations made within 30 days of the Trip Start Date require immediate payment of the remaining balance. All payments are subject to Angelo Global LLC’s Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy as detailed in this document.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings include a 24-hour review period starting at the time payment is received. During this period, travelers may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of amounts paid, minus payment processor fees.
After the 24-hour review period, refunds follow the standard cancellation schedule: More than 30 Days Before Trip Start: 100% refund minus non-refundable third-party charges. 15–30 Days Before Trip Start: 70% refund minus non-refundable third-party charges. Less than 15 Days Before Trip Start: Refunds issued only for recoverable amounts from suppliers.
Booking Confirmation and Payment: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit. Angelo Global LLC will send a confirmation email with itinerary details. Remaining balance should be paid as described in the Reservation Hold section.
Liability and Travel Risks: Participation in tours involves inherent risks, including accidents, illness, or unforeseen events. Angelo Global LLC and its agents take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible beyond the control of the company or suppliers.
Itinerary Changes: Angelo Global LLC may make reasonable changes due to supplier availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Travelers will receive a substantially similar experience.
Supplier and Third-Party Services: Some services, including hotels, transport, and guides, are provided by third parties. Angelo Global LLC is not responsible for failures of these third parties beyond reasonable efforts.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Travelers are encouraged to resolve issues amicably. Local consumer protection rights may apply outside the U.S.
Privacy Policy: Angelo Global LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Personal information provided voluntarily is used to process bookings, manage travel, communicate with travelers, and improve services. Information may be shared with service providers, payment processors, regulatory authorities, or affiliates as necessary. Data is retained only as long as necessary.
